Our Jubilee Prayer Campaign was launched from Nov. 21-29, 1993. It was timed to coincide with the 46th anniversary of the Palestinian Resolution, which was debated in the U.N. during that time in 1947. In 1993 the Zionists had had a full 46 years in which to build their "temple" (John 2:20). By this, I do not refer to a literal temple, although I realize that there are many forces at work to build another physical temple in the vain hope that God will inhabit it some day.
The "temple" that I refer to is the temple of the body, for that is the only temple that Jesus Christ will inhabit since Pentecost in Acts 2. It is quite unbelievable how so many Christians can give up the belief in the New Covenant in favor of the Old. I find it incredible to hear such Bible teachers tell us how a new physical temple will be rebuilt, animal sacrifices will be re-established, and the Levitical priests (Cohens) will minister to God again. They say the "age of grace" is temporary, that when over, we will go back under the law of sacrifices with the Cohens at the helm.
When I read the book of Hebrews, I see this book telling HEBREWS to convert from Judaism to Christianity, not the other way around. I see it presenting "better" promises, a new and heavenly Jerusalem, a new Zion, a "better" covenant, a "better" priesthood, and a "better" Sacrifice (Christ). Are we now coming to the time when the "better" will be replaced by the worse? God forbid! Paul and Peter looked for better things, even though they were Hebrews. They were not stuck with Moses as the means of their salvation, and neither are Jews today.
This heretical theology that has arisen in the evangelical and pentecostal churches today, now promoted by some major television personalities, is part of the Babylon that is falling. While these evangelists work hard to prop up Babylon with their gazillion-dollar budgets, we work equally hard to pull it down through inexpensive spiritual warfare. And we will win, because all that is part of Babylon must fall in order to bring the true Kingdom of God to earth.
After completing our Jubilee Prayer Campaign on Nov. 29, 1993, we discerned two things in regard to timing. First, we were to watch one year later on Nov. 29, 1994. Secondly, we were to watch 414 days later, which came to Jan. 17, 1995. For now, we will deal with the one-year cycle.
The law tells us that God owns all the land, and we are only tenants, or "husbandmen" on His property (Lev. 25:23). Yet He gives us an inheritance on His land, stipulating only that it cannot be sold permanently to another party for any reason. Any "sale" really amounts to a lease, which expires at the year of Jubilee, when all return to their inheritance.
However, the law is different with urban property. Within the confines of the city, one may purchase property and hold it in perpetuity. Lev. 25:29, 30 reads,
"Likewise, if a man sells a dwelling house in a walled city, then his redemption right remains valid until a full year from its sale; his right of redemption lasts a full year. But if it is not bought back for him within the space of a full year, then the house that is in the walled city passes permanently to its purchaser throughout his generations. It does not revert in the Jubilee."
Babylon is a "city" with "walls," and so it comes under this law. In the Jubilee Prayer Campaign, we conquered the city in one sense, but a large part of our discernment was that we were purchasing it along with its debt note. (See my series in Feb. 2006 in regard to The Debt Note in Prophecy.) In essence, we were saying on behalf of the overcomers, "Father, give us the Debt Note, so that we may have the lawful responsibility to bring forth the Manchild and render to You the fruits of the Kingdom."
As long as Babylon (or Edom) was legally responsible and accountable to the Divine Court to bring forth the fruits of the Kingdom, the overcomers would not have the ability or even the RIGHT to bring forth the Manchild. So the primary purpose of the prayer campaign was to obtain this right and this responsibility, according to Jesus' words in Matt. 21:43,
"Therefore, I say to you, the kingdom of God will be taken away from you, and be given to a nation [ethnos, "people"] producing the fruit of it."
And so on Nov. 29, 1993 representatives of the overcomers went before the divine court at the prophetically appointed time and received their request. But because Babylon is a "city," the Babylonian people would still have a full year in which to redeem their property. That is, they were given one final year in which to bring forth the fruit of the Kingdom. There was nothing we could do but wait.
In November of 1994 we saw the first sign that we were looking for, and this told us that our prayer had been answered. That was the month of our mid-term elections and the so-called "Republican Revolution." I was living in Washington State at the time, and I heard on Talk-radio that the Republicans wanted to "defoliate Washington." By this they meant they wanted to defeat Tom Foley in the election. (Tom Foley was Speaker of the House in Washington D.C.)
Their campaign to "de-Foley-ate" Washington made me realize that this was patterned after King Nebuchadnezzar's dream in Daniel 4. He dreamed of a great tree with beautiful foliage. But then he saw in his dream a "watcher" descend from heaven. Dan. 4:14, 15 says,
"He shouted out and spoke as follows: 'Chop down the tree and cut off its branches, strip off its foliage and scatter its fruit... Yet leave the stump with its roots in the ground'."
The tree was the king himself, but by extension it was his city of Babylon. One year later, this came to pass. Verse 28-31 says,
"All this happened to Nebuchadnezzar the king. Twelve months later he was walking on the roof of the royal palace of Babylon. The king reflected and said, 'Is this not Babylon the great, which I myself have built as a royal residence by the might of my power and for the glory of my majesty?' While the word was in the king's mouth, a voice came from heaven, saying, 'King Nebuchadnezzar, to you it is declared: sovereignty has been removed from you'."
The king was given 12 months, or one year, in which to redeem himself. He then boasted of his accomplishments and immediately lost his sovereignty over Babylon.
Likewise, in 1994 the same pattern occurred. Tom Foley lost the election to George Nethercutt, whose name means "a lower cut." While the watcher had left a stump in ancient times, this time the Babylonian tree was being leveled to the ground with a lower cut. Washington was stripped of its Foley-age and de-Foley-ated.
In that same month the GATT treaty was being debated. (General Agreement on Tariffs and Trade) It was passed by the House of Representatives on Nov. 29, 1994, precisely one year after our prayer campaign. As soon as it was passed, Tom Foley gave a speech about what a great accomplishment this was, and then he resigned as Speaker of the House.
This is how Washington was de-Foley-ated. It followed the precise pattern of King Nebuchadnezzar in Daniel 4. Authority passed from Babylon to the overcomers according to the word of the "watchers." However, we also took note from Daniel 4 that the king of Babylon was judged for 7 years, after which time he repented and declared Babylon to be a Christian nation.
So we knew that we were still looking at a 7-year extension (1994-2001), which, by the way, ended on Sept. 11, 2001. That was when their time for repentance ended with no repentance, and the judgment began in earnest.
