About two weeks ago, I received revelation that we would see a backlash from our prayer campaign this week—that is, during the week following March 18. Such a backlash is often normal, as the enemy is always a poor loser. (So am I, when it comes to spiritual warfare. That’s why I make sure I am on the winning side!)
Well, today I received a report that the backlash began immediately after the end of our prayer campaign. The one representing the woman in Revelation 12 began to come under spiritual attack, especially at night. A violent storm hit her area yesterday, and her phone and internet connections were cut off, so we cannot confirm her status at this time.
Recall that she went missing from Dec. 1-11, 2012, which was 3-1/2 months ago. We took note at the time that she was fulfilling the patterns of Revelation 12, and this told us that we were up against the red dragon. Verse 6 says that she found a place of refuge for 1260 “days”, or 3-1/2 years. There is a further statement in verse 14 that tells us of her flight into the wilderness, but here the time frame is described vaguely as “a time, and times, and a half a time.”
I see now that this verse, as applied to us today, refers to a period of 3-1/2 months and applies to the time of the prayer campaign, extending from Dec. 1 to March 18. Then Revelation 12:15 became applicable, as it is now apparent that verse 15 reveals the backlash against the woman after her time of protection in the wilderness was complete.
15 And the serpent poured water like a river out of his mouth after the woman, so that he might cause her to be swept away with the flood.
Of course, we have already seen this foreshadowed, first in the Minneapolis flood on January 3, and later in the St. Paul “Wall Street” flood on February 8.

In those floods, however, we did not see any peculiar manifestation of the earth helping the woman by swallowing up the water, other than what normally happens in a flood of water. And so these were prophetic types foreshadowing something yet to come, but until now we had no clear insight into this.
I understand now that the fulfillment of Rev. 12:15 (in the context of our warfare) was to come at the end of 3-1/2 months—that is, on March 18, 2013. However, I just today learned what was happening, and it was obvious that the answer is given in verse 16:
16 And the earth helped the woman, and the earth opened its mouth and drank up the river which the dragon poured out of his mouth.
Therefore, I went before the Divine Court, and made the following decree:
[Facing the Judge] “Father, I thank you for revealing your word and leading us by the Holy Spirit, so that we might know your will.”
[Turning to face the world] “In the name of Jesus I command the earth to open up its mouth and to drink up the river which the dragon has poured out of his mouth. Help the woman to overcome in all things, protect her in every way, put a hedge of protection around her, and empower her by the Holy Spirit to become more than a conqueror. Let her mission be fulfilled, so that the earth can be delivered from the oppression of the red dragon.”
[Facing the Judge] “Thank-you, Father, for the privilege of speaking your words. Let those words not return void, but let them accomplish Your purposes on earth.”
