The eight-day prayer campaign from September 4-11 is called From Revelation to Manifestation to express its main purpose. However, it is easier to remember it as the Wall of Fire prayer campaign. The first name shows how it will affect us as believers and prospective overcomers. The second name shows how it will affect the whole earth, as Isaiah 2:2, 3 tells us:
2 Now it will come about that in the last days the mountain of the house of the Lord will be established as the chief of the mountains, and will be raised above the hills; and all the nations will stream to it. 3 And many peoples will come and say, “Come, let us go up to the mountain of the Lord, to the house of the God of Jacob; that He may teach us concerning His ways, and that we may walk in His paths.” For the law will go forth from Zion, and the word of the Lord from Jerusalem.
Mountains represent kingdoms in Scripture. Daniel 2:35 tells us that “the stone that struck the statue became a great mountain and filled the whole earth.” In other words, the Kingdom of God is pictured as a mountain so big that it fills the whole earth.
Isaiah describes this “mountain,” saying that “all the nations will stream to it.” Further, the “mountain of the Lord” is the equivalent of “the house of the God of Jacob.” All nations will be drawn to this mountain in order to learn the law of God. The law of God will go forth from New Zion—those who rule and reign with Christ—and the New Jerusalem, the heavenly city.
As I have written elsewhere, the OT prophets never distinguish between the old and new Jerusalems, for that is left to the NT writers. Ierushalayim, the Hebrew name for the city, literally means “Two Jerusalems,” so it is left to us to distinguish which city is being referenced or described. Isaiah 2:3 refers to the heavenly city and to its seat of government.
The Transfer of Authority
October 16, 2014 we will reach the full end of the 21-year cycle in which the overcomers are receiving the full Kingdom Authority that was given to the house of David. In 1993, at the 40th Jubilee of the Church (33-1993 A.D.), the transfer of authority from “Saul” to “David” began. The next step, as seen in the pattern of 2 Samuel 5:5, was for “David” to receive the full authority from “Saul.” However, this referred to the transition from Pentecost to Tabernacles and focused more upon the Church and believers in general.
What we are seeing in 2014 is the transfer of authority from the beast kingdoms to the saints of the Most High as prophesied in Daniel 7:22, 27. The beast kingdoms have reached the end of their allotted time of 2,520 years (“seven times”) in 2014, according to their lawful contract. The judgment upon the house of Judah (David) has been completed. The beasts exercised dominion from 607-163 B.C. (Babylon, Persia, Greece) and again from 63 B.C. to 2014 (Rome and the Little Horn). During the century from 163-63 B.C. Jerusalem was independent of beast rule.
And so we see that this transfer of authority has taken a full 21 years from 1993-2014. What started with the house of David is ending with the saints of the Most High. This is the authority that we will exercise in the time ahead as the law goes forth from “Zion.”
The Universal Kingdom
In all of the Pentecostal revivals of the past, a revelation of the Word was given, which sparked each move of the Spirit. The final revelation is that of the law of God, as Isaiah says. This is not the establishment of legalism, nor even of the rabbinical view of the law. Certainly, the law is not administered impartially, nor exclusively to certain “chosen” people. Instead, it is administered impartially by those who are chosen (elected) to positions of authority in the Kingdom.
The Lord made this absolutely clear in the “wall” revelation in September 2012, which focused upon two particular laws: the Law of Impartiality, and the Law of Victims Rights. These “forgotten” laws needed to be reset in the wall of the New Jerusalem in order to truly establish a Universal Kingdom as Daniel described. This Kingdom fills the whole earth, not by displacing other nations, nor by a genocidal policy, but by world evangelism that causes all men to desire Christ as their King.
The old paradigm of “convert or die” is characteristic of Old Covenant religions. As Christian believers, we have no right to do business under the Old Covenant. Neither should we entertain a view of prophecy that insists upon re-establishing the Old Covenant for the Age to come. Modern Zionism, whether Christian or Jewish, is based upon the Old Covenant mindset, and it has only caused hatred, violence, death, and destruction in the world. This is not the plan of God, nor does it express the mind of Christ.
Neither will the earthly Jerusalem ever be the capital of the Kingdom of God. Hagar is not our mother (Galatians 4:25), though she may be the mother of Old Covenant Christians and Jews. “But Jerusalem above is free; she is our mother” (Galatians 4:26). Paul identifies the heavenly Jerusalem as Sarah, and we—her children—are Isaac.
Incidentally, on November 28-30, 2000 we were led to gather at the House on the Rock in Wisconsin to do a prophetic work. There it was revealed that, like David in 2 Samuel 5:7, we took captive the earthly Jerusalem by spiritual warfare, and then we established prophetically the New Jerusalem as the capital of the Kingdom.
No longer shall the old Jerusalem dominate the earth as the City of Blood. No longer shall violence rule. No longer shall the son of the bondwoman persecute the son of the free woman (Galatians 4:29). Instead, the capital of the New Jerusalem will be the City of Peace, and the love of Christ will be the governmental policy of those who are given authority in the Kingdom.
The Two Sticks
Ezekiel 37:16-20 speaks of the two sticks (rods of authority) that represent Judah and Joseph. As you may recall, when Jacob distributed the blessing to his sons, Judah received the scepter, and Joseph received the birthright (1 Chronicles 5:1, 2). As long as the tribes were united, this did not present a problem. But after the death of Solomon, the kingdom was divided, with Judah in the south and Joseph’s tribes in the north.
This breach was made worse when Israel, including the tribes of Joseph, were deported by the Assyrians to the area between the Black Sea and the Caspian Sea (2 Kings 17:6, 18). The Israelites never returned, but became known as “the lost tribes of Israel.” Only Judah remained, and these became known in later years by the shortened term, “Jew.”
Judah later fulfilled its calling by bringing forth the final King. When King Jesus was raised from the dead, never to die again, and ascended to the throne in heaven, the crown no longer had to be passed to another. Those who are called to rule with Him are those who are of His household, His children, those who have His character and who are in agreement with His plan for the earth.
Because Jesus died childless and has no physical heirs, we must become His sons by adoption according to the legal provision set forth in Deuteronomy 25:5-10. If anyone does not like calling this a “legal provision,” then call it a spiritual path, because “the law is spiritual” (Romans 7:14). Changing the name of the term does not change the fact that the way to become sons of God is written in the law. See the final chapter in my book, The Laws of the Second Coming.
There were two kinds of “Jews” in Scripture. They were described as good figs and evil figs. Jeremiah 24:1-10 describes each of them. In the New Testament, the good figs followed Jesus, while the evil figs rejected Him. It is not about genealogy, but about having faith that Jesus is the Messiah and the rightful Heir to the throne of David.
While the first coming of Christ focused upon the scepter of Judah and the throne of David, the second coming of Christ focuses upon the birthright of Joseph and the conflict over the birthright name Israel. We are now about to enter into the time where the present conflict is resolved by divine decree. The true Israelites will be established and recognized as those worthy of the birthright blessings. These will be called to distribute those blessings to all families of the earth, as prophesied to Abraham (Genesis 12:3).
We are now living in the time when the sticks of Judah and Joseph are to be reunited in Christ. The 21 years from 1993-2014 were needed to complete the “Judah” calling in regard to the transfer of authority. But we are now also entering into the second 21-year cycle from 2014-2035 to secure the birthright of Joseph. I wrote of this in my FFI for August, 2014.
It appears that the Open Door Ministry will be accomplished under the full authority of Judah/David, and that it will also begin to secure the birthright of Joseph over the next 21 years. Then we may declare the next Jubilee on schedule in 2035, for it is the 121st Jubilee from Adam. Recall that the 120th Jubilee should have been declared in October of 1986, but was, in fact, declared late in 1996, yet made lawful by the Hezekiah Factor.
We received revelation on August 20, 2014 which confirmed the unification of Judah and Joseph. Because this date was also the starting date of the prayer campaign called Ye Shall Go Forth in 1984, our attention was drawn to the fact that exactly 30 years had passed. It was as if this revelation of “David” had been born August 20, 1984 and had turned thirty on August 20, 2014. David was thirty when he was first crowned king over Judah (2 Samuel 5:4).
Likewise, Joseph was thirty when he came into his calling (Genesis 41:46). Both David and Joseph had spent twelve years being trained through hardship before being established in their callings at the age of thirty.
When we received this revelation and made the appropriate decrees to establish it. But this then made me realize that it had been thirty years since Ye Shall Go Forth prayer campaign had begun. That led me to see that that prayer campaign had ended on September 3, 1984, and that in 2008 I had flown to South Africa on September 4. It was as if no time had transpired between 1984 and 2008.
That, in turn, led me to see that September 4, 2014 was to be the start of the current Wall of Fire prayer campaign. So what started out as a revelation of the two sticks of Judah and Joseph being reunited, soon became a prayer campaign that was like a sequel or extension to the one in 1984. We now see this as a prayer campaign to bring us to next level in our relationship with Christ and to prepare us to begin dispensing the blessings of the Joseph calling. As we do, the fiery law will go forth from New Zion and His word from New Jerusalem.
I will write a Model Prayer shortly to bring our prayer focus into unity.
