The spokesman for the US State Department, Marie Harf, says that they plan to make war on ISIS by offering them jobs.
A State Department spokesperson's solution to stop ISIS from continuing to behead innocent people boils down to "killing them with kindness."
During Monday evening's "Hardball With Chris Matthews," State Department spokeswoman Marie Harf outlined a new plan to stop the terrorist group, saying "We're killing a lot of them, and we're going to keep killing more of them. [...] But we cannot win this war by killing them. We need to [...] help them build their economies so they can have job opportunities for these people."
Apparently, the success of its sister program, offering jobs to the Muslim Brotherhood, has resulted in their decision to extend it to ISIS as well.

This shows tremendous creative thinking, somewhat unusual for the State Department. So if you are out of work and can't find a job, perhaps you should join either the Muslim Brotherhood or ISIS. Then apply for work at the State Department. All others need not apply.
Seriously, though, part of the solution is indeed to stabilize the economies of those countries, because unemployment is one of the reasons people sign up for ISIS. ISIS offers them jobs as soldiers and are willing to pay them well.
The problem is that the US State Department itself has been the main cause of all the disruption in the Middle East since 2001, as we learned from General Wesley Clark, who told us many times of the US plan to destabilize the Middle East. It is ironic that Marie Harf would recognize the problem but not admit that the US itself caused the problem. If she really wants to increase employment and stability in those countries, the US needs to abandon its current destabilization policy first.
That way these people can find employment in their own country, rather than have to flee and find work in the West.
But then, the US policy was designed to bring more of them into the Western countries as part of their integration program and to water down the Christian influence. It's a rather cruel way to do it, but they care nothing about that.
