While we were on our trip to Branson, the world got closer to the final crisis.
The US Dollar under Threat
In the past few months China has been dumping US bonds at a fast rate, something that has the potential of destabilizing the US dollar.
The US treasury depends on China to finance the national debt. The treasury has stopped reporting its debt since last March, when they froze the figure just $25 million under the debt limit. CNS reported this last August after the official debt figure had been frozen for 150 days.
(CNSNews.com) - The portion of the federal debt that is subject to a legal limit set by Congress closed Monday, August 10, at $18,112,975,000,000, according to the latest Daily Treasury Statement, which was published at 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
That, according to the Treasury's statements, makes 150 straight days the debt subject to the limit has been frozen at $18,112,975,000,000.
$18,112,975,000,000 is about $25 million below the current legal debt limit of $18,113,000,080,959.35.
On July 30, Treasury Secretary Jacob Lew sent a letter to the leaders of Congress informing them that he was extending a “debt issuance suspension period” through October 30.
Hence, the end of October appears to be the Treasury Department’s deadline for Congress to increase the debt limit. In the meantime, lies prevail in order to hide the fact that the national debt is increasing fast while other nations are dumping US bonds. The only feasible conclusion is that the Fed is hiding its purchase of the US debt. QE4 is ongoing, but hidden from the public in order to maintain confidence in the dollar.
The Daily Sheeple reports that China is not the only one dumping US bonds:
And China isn’t alone either. By July, Russia had sold $32.8 billion in US Treasury debt, and Brazil and Taiwan have been dumping the dollar as well. All of these countries used to be our biggest customers. India has actually increased its holdings, but it hasn’t been nearly enough to offset what we’ve lost. Foreign purchases of US treasury notes and bonds have been in the red throughout 2015, and peaked to about $123 billion in loses [losses] last summer; the largest decline since we started keeping track in 1978. While the trend is still young, it appears that the global dollar sell-off has begun in earnest.

Of course, if the truth were known, more currency traders would dump dollars, realizing that the US dollar value was sure to move downward. This would mean that the price of gold and silver would naturally rise, unless the US government continued to manipulate it downward. But such policies are becoming too obvious, and they must be careful.
The War in Syria
It was reported on the Feast of Trumpets this year (Sept. 13-14) that Russia was taking over a naval base on the Syrian coast and was about to enter the war against ISIS. This seems to have taken the US government by surprise. After all, the sanctions were supposed to work, the Russian economy was supposed to tank, etc. Instead, Russia decided to do what the US government claimed it was doing. The big lie, of course, is that the US government is the enemy of ISIS, when in fact it is its main sponsor.
Russia’s entry into the war has put the US State Department in an awkward position of trying to maintain the appearance of being against ISIS while at the same time opposing Russia’s attacks on their proxies that the CIA has trained. Putin is too polite to laugh publicly, but I can see his inner smile.
Russia apparently moved into Syria after getting backing from China. On September 22, China sent an aircraft carrier, accompanied by a guided missile cruiser, through the Suez Canal and parked it in Tartus in Syria. It has since joined Russia in the bombing campaign against ISIS and the other US-trained rebels in Syria.
For the first time, China is now engaging in actual combat operations outside of its own borders. It will not only send warships and aircraft, but also will be sending 1000 ground troops.
Iran, too, is sending troops to fight ISIS. This shows that Iran is not an ISIS sponsor, as is the US government. As the two sides of this war take shape, it is becoming increasingly clear that it is not Iran, but the US government that is the state sponsor of terrorism. As this reality emerges, the western media will be hard pressed to hide it.
Finally, Iraq itself is moving toward the Russia-China-Iran alliance. This is seen first in giving permission for Russian warships in the Caspian Sea to launch cruise missiles over Iraqi territory to strike targets in Syria.
Iraq Backs Russia in the Syrian War
It has become clear to Iraq that the US has no serious intention of helping them defeat ISIS, in spite of the rhetoric coming out of the White House. Last May Russia offered them help.

There are also reports on Iraqi news sites that Iraq may offer Russia the use of a military base that the US abandoned a few years ago when US troops left the country. This comes with the report from last February that Cyprus offered Russia the use of military bases.

As Cyprus is part of the Eurozone, this represented a major crack in the Eurozone.
It is clear that the ill-advised US foreign policy of “destabilizing the Mideast,” reported by General Wesley Clark, is now coming back to haunt us. The US is losing as its foreign policy becomes increasingly aggressive in the attempt to maintain world hegemony. The attempt to isolate Russia and China has failed, as they continue to form alliances with more and more countries. The destructive US policy toward the Mideast has opened the eyes of many nations, and they now realize that Russia and China are the future, while the US is in decline.
Prophecy Emerging
All of these world events lend credence to the view that Russia and China are “the kings of the east” prophesied in Revelation 16:12. They are the star actors on the stage of world history at this time. While most Christians have been taught to fear Russia and China, thinking that they will attack Jerusalem, Scripture equates them to the Medes and Persians of ancient times that overthrew Babylon after diverting the River Euphrates.
The blindness of many prophecy teachers prevents them from seeing this obvious connection. They are blinded primarily by their view that the Israeli state is the fulfillment of the biblical prophecies of the regathering of Israel. Yet the enthusiasm seen in 1948 is now beginning to wear thin, as time marches on with no mass conversion of Israelis to Christ, no “antichrist,” and no rapture. All of this was supposed to happen within seven years of 1948.
During much of the 20th century, during the Cold War, it appeared that the Soviet Union and China were the bad guys and that they might attack Israel and America. But now a profound shift has taken place, especially since the fall of the Soviet Union and China’s abandonment of a Marxist economic model. The change came largely unnoticed by prophecy teachers, who have continued to proclaim that Russia and China are God’s enemies and the enemies of “Israel.”
Most of them continue to think that Mystery Babylon is a future entity yet to make its appearance on the earth, so they do not see that the West has been in a Babylonian captivity for the past century. Hence, they look for Babylon’s beginning, whereas we are watching its collapse. They look for a future antichrist, whereas we look for the fall of antichrist that has been with us since the days of the apostles, as 1 John 2:22, 23 says.
It is difficult to argue against the Futurist view of the book of Revelation, because how can one argue against events that have not yet taken place? The Futurists do not have to prove their view, because they can always put it off into the future. On the other hand, I teach a Historicist view, and I can prove that most of the book of Revelation has already been fulfilled in history in the last 2,000 years.
Toward the end of the book, we read in Revelation 16:12 how God raises up the kings of (or “from”) the east by drying up the Euphrates River in order to overthrow Babylon. Just as Cyrus and Darius were anointed by God to set Judah free, so also has God raised up the modern kings of the east to set us free from Babylon. There is no need to panic. All is going according to the divine plan. The world will not be destroyed; the Kingdom will be established as a “Stone” that grows until it fills the whole earth (Daniel 2:35).
