Yesterday was September 19, the second of our three watch dates that are based on 216-day cycles from last February.
The first was September 14, and it focused mainly on the transition from Elijah and Elisha. Hurricane Florence was the whirlwind taking Elijah away while the mantle fell on Elisha. By this new double anointing, we were able to cast down Jezebel later on the same day.
The second was September 19, the Day of Atonement (or Jubilee) which focused mostly on the transition from Moses and Joshua.
The third will be September 24, the first day of Tabernacles, which (we expect) will again be part of a Joshua theme and work.
The Angel of Perfect Love
A few days earlier, an evil spirit came to negotiate a capitulation, asking only to be left with FEAR. But it is written in Deuteronomy 7:2,
2 and when the Lord your God shall deliver them before you, and you shall defeat them, then you shall utterly destroy them. You shall make no covenant with them and show no favor to them.
So the negotiator was sent away. We were not about to leave fear to contaminate the coming Kingdom, even if much of Christianity thrives on it today. Nonetheless, this incident became an occasion of revelation. We learned that the angel of “Perfect Love casts out FEAR” (1 John 4:18). In other words, the angel of Perfect Love is the spiritual counterpart to the spirit of Fear and is assigned to overcome, bind, and cast out Fear.
Our revelation told us that we were to gather for a court case against FEAR (spelled with all capital letters) in 72 hours, which was 5:30 pm (CST), September 19. So three of us gathered in my office about 4 pm to begin our discussion of revelation and strategy, and soon we were joined by three more by telephone conference call.
Years ago I had to do most of the work of discernment and then had to present the court cases myself. I had very little help, although the Father usually provided me with help so that I was not the only witness to the event. But in the past few years God has raised up many people around me who have learned how to do such things—and often they do the work without my assistance or direct participation. That saves me a lot of time and energy, allowing me to get other things done. They usually keep me informed, of course, so that I am aware of what is happening.
Yesterday’s court case was the result of their discernment and revelation, but they understood that I was to participate directly in this court case.
September 19: The Three Capitals Court Case
The team had received revelation that we were to file a court case against the Capitals/Capitols and even financial “capital.” We understood that this also involved ALL CAPS names, which, in legalese refers to corporation names. It appeared that the spirit of FEAR was the root problem that needed to be bound and judged.
At 6:45 pm we began the actual court case, lodging our complaint before the divine court, asking that divine judgment be brought against the “Capitals” and against the spirit of Fear. We gave voice to the divine judgment as instructed and released the Angel of Perfect Love to bind the spirit of FEAR and to bind ALL CAPS entities on every level.
I then had the revelation that this court case was the end of a 4-year time of Visitation since the transfer of authority began at Tabernacles of 2014.
The Time of Visitation
Recall that God is a Farmer (“Husbandman”), who planted a vineyard in Canaan and later sent His servants the prophets to give Him the fruits of His labor (Isaiah 5:1-7; Matthew 21:33-44). The stewards of the vineyard simply beat them, stoned them, or killed them. Finally, He sent His Son, but when the stewards saw Him, they recognized Him and decided to kill Him and seize the vineyard for their own use (Matthew 21:38, 39).
The parable of Jesus in Matthew 21 shows the root problem at that time. The New Testament story is about how John the Baptist and Jesus had been sent to Judea as fruit inspectors. John said in Matthew 3:8-10,
8 Therefore bring forth fruit in keeping with repentance, 9 and do not suppose that you can say to yourselves, “We have Abraham for our father”; for I say to you that God is able from these stones to raise up children to Abraham. 10 And the axe is already laid at the root of the trees; every tree therefore that does not bear good fruit is cut down and thrown into the fire.
We know that John was killed after just one year of ministry. His ministry began at Passover of 29 A.D. when he turned 30 years of age. (Elijah was supposed to come at Passover, and John was “Elijah.”) John was killed at Passover the following year after spending some months in Herod’s prison (Matthew 14:1-12).
John’s disciples then came and told Jesus what had happened (Matthew 14:12), and Jesus immediately withdrew to pray, sending His disciples across the Sea of Galilee. The storm arose, and He came to them, walking on the water. This story is told also in John 6, where we learn from John 6:4 that “the Passover, the feast of the Jews, was at hand.”
Hence, we see that John was killed at Passover after ministering just one year.
Jesus Himself then carried on the work of John’s investigation during the time of Visitation. After three years of His ministry, He told a parable in Luke 13:6-9,
6 And He began telling this parable: A certain man had a fig tree which had been planted in his vineyard; and he came looking for fruit on it and did not find any. 7 And he said to the vineyard keeper, “Behold, for three years I have come looking for fruit on this fig tree without finding any. Cut it down! Why does it even use up the ground?” 8 And he answered and said to him, “Let it alone, sir, for this year too, until I dig around it and put in fertilizer [dung]; 9 and if it bears fruit next year, fine; but if not, cut it down.”
The fig tree was the national symbol of Judah. It was fruitless for three years, but an extra year was added to the time of Visitation, during which time the tree was dunged to see it could be induced to “bring forth fruit in keeping with repentance” (Matthew 3:10). That is the purpose for extending the time of Visitation another year. In the case of Judea, the fourth year came first with John’s ministry, but in our case, the fourth year came last (2017-2018).
Judea’s “fig tree,” of course, came under the curse for its lack of fruit when Jesus cursed it in Matthew 21:19. The tree had many leaves but no fruit. Fig leaves represent a false covering for sin ever since the days of Adam and Eve (Genesis 3:7). Instead of repenting for their sin, they decided to do a coverup, or a policy of self-justification, making excuses to try to protect themselves from exposure.
The point is that the beast systems have reached the end of their time to rule the earth, and so a great Visitation was decreed in 2014. At Tabernacles of 2014 we announced the start of the transfer of authority, which was to be a three-year transition (2014-2017). What I did not realize at the time (unless I just forgot about it) is that we were being given authority to do an Elijah work similar to the work of John the Baptist.
The main difference is that our work would be for three years, not just one year, because we were not destined to be killed, since this was in preparation for the second work of Christ.
There was then a fourth year added to this time of Visitation (2017-2018), during which time the dunging process was to be done, to see if the modern “tree” would bring forth the fruits of repentance. What, then, is the tree? It is the last of the beast empires, the little horn of the iron beast described in Daniel 7:8, which was to persecute the saints of the Most High until the transfer of authority occurred (Daniel 7:21, 22).
That little horn, of course, is the Roman church, which, because of its corruption, became an extension of the Roman Empire itself, the fourth beast government in the prophecy.
So the Roman church is the main entity that has been required to bring forth the fruits of the Kingdom. They did not do so in the three-year time of Visitation (2014-2017), so it was given another year—a year of dunging—to see if the pope would repent. For this reason, the newspapers have exposed its sins and crimes of pedophilia, but Pope Francis has simply produced more fig leaves to cover up the crimes of its priests.
Yesterday, I realized suddenly that the Day of Atonement was the court case ending the time of Visitation. The Roman church, along with all of its predecessor “beasts,” had failed to bring forth the fruits of the Kingdom, so the time came to pronounce divine judgment.
For this reason, after binding the spirit of FEAR, I was assigned the task of presenting to God our findings in the time of Visitation.
The Reaction/Answer
I had barely finished my presentation to the divine court when the spirit of FEAR came upon the woman in our group and she began to cry out in pain. God allowed it to manifest through her so that we would have an in-the-world witness to what was happening in the spiritual realm. In past years during our court cases, we would only hear such reactions with spiritual ears, but now it seems that God has decided to bring it into the earthly dimension as a witness to what is going on in the spirit. Make sense?
At any rate, we ended up casting out three spirits of FEAR, or fear on three different levels, one after the other. By this, we came to understand that these were the heads of three Capitals: Rome, City of London, and Washington DC. These are the three dragon heads of the beast, representing the spiritual, financial, and military branches of the Little Horn. They are separate City States, independent from the countries in which they are located.
So the bottom line is that we have now brought all three heads of the Little Horn into divine judgment, having completed the time of Visitation since we received the authority to begin this work in October of 2014. The time of Elijah has been completed, whose job it was to be the chief fruit inspector. We are now coming into a new day and a new ministry—Elisha and Joshua.
