The “protests” in France are turning into another French Revolution.
Yellow Vest protesters erect a GUILLOTINE in Paris bearing French President's political party name amid revolt that has forced Macron to address the furious nation Monday evening.
Yellow Vest protesters in Paris erected a guillotine bearing the name of Emmanuel Macron's political party in a direct threat to the under-fire French President….
The shocking guillotine footage, which was filmed in an unknown location in France, emerged as Macron prepared to meet trade unionists and rival politicians before addressing the country at 8pm tonight….
Emmanuel Macron is set to make a grovelling speech today and announce further tax concessions in a bid to calm the anger that has gripped the country.
The 40-year-old French president, elected in May last year, has faced mounting criticism for remaining holed up in his presidential palace, protected by armoured cars. He has also been criticised for not speaking in public for almost two weeks.
On November 27, Mr Macron said he would not be pushed into changing policy by 'thugs'. But in a humiliating U-turn last week, he scrapped planned fuel increases and froze energy prices.
The protesters are demanding a wide range of changes including lower taxes, higher minimum wages, better pension benefits, and Mr Macron's resignation.
The news media says that these protests were caused by a fuel tax increase. What they do not say is that this is actually a Carbon Tax. It was not touted as being necessary for building roads or repairing the streets of Paris. It was designed to keep people from driving vehicles. In other words, they were attempting to make it more expensive to drive, hoping that more people could no longer afford to drive autos.
Unrest has been growing in the past few years as the UN is demanding that all nations sign the resolution making immigration a “human right.” This fuel tax was just the final straw that has broken the camel’s back. It is a revolution against globalism itself, including the global banking system, of which Macron is a part.
Many have been killed by police, and hundreds wounded. When protesters were killed in Damascus, the western media blamed President Assad for “killing his own people.” So now Macron too has been “killing his own people” by suppressing this Revolution. I think we ought to hold western governments by the same standard by which they judged Assad.
This is no longer just a protest. This is a Revolution, and by bringing out the guillotine with Macron’s name on it, the people are identifying with the French Revolution of 1789-1794.
That, I think, makes it prophetically significant as a bookend to the beast from the earth in Revelation 13:11-18. So be watchful!
This guillotine was reported yesterday, December 9, 2018. It was the 101st anniversary of the day General Allenby took Jerusalem in 1917.
A year ago was the 100th anniversary of that event. One of the laws of redemption says that if you buy urban property, the previous owner has one year in which to redeem it back, if he so chooses, and if he is able to do so. Leviticus 25:29, 30 says,
29 Likewise, if a man sells a dwelling house in a walled city, then his redemption right remains valid until a full year from its sale; his right of redemption lasts a full year. 30 But if it is not bought back for him within the space of a full year, then the house that is in the walled city passes permanently to its purchaser throughout his generations; it does not revert in the Jubilee.
We have often observed this law in our own time, because Babylon is a walled city, and in our spiritual warfare, we have actually been paying the price to redeem the “house” within the walled city. We first observed this in our Jubilee Prayer Campaign November 29, 1993, which had to wait a full year to November 29, 1994 before we could actually lay claim permanently to the city.
So also now on another level, it has been a year since the 100-year extension was complete from 1917-2017. Jerusalem is a walled city as well, both the earthly and the heavenly city. Hence, this law seems to apply. So we should view the New French Revolution in that light. The guillotine was the main symbol of the French Revolution in 1789, and now it has again been chosen to represent the New French Revolution precisely on December 9, 2018.
