The Holy Spirit and its modern counterfeit

Pope Francis strongly supports (and is probably directing) the immigration movement that is currently turning Europe into a Muslim continent. This seems strange, considering the historic conflict between Islam and Roman Catholicism in past centuries. But it appears to be based on the desire to merge all religions into one under the leadership of Rome.

If one depended on the European media and European schools for one's knowledge of Islam, one would indeed come away with a misleading picture of Islam. But the same could be said of Catholics who rely on Church pronouncements about Islam. Ever since the Second Vatican Council, Church leaders have presented a smiley-faced version of Islam which emphasizes the commonalities with Catholicism and leaves out the alarming elements.

Over the last six years, the chief proponent of this bowdlerized view of Islam has been Pope Francis. He has reassured Christians that Islam is opposed to violence, advised Muslim migrants to find comfort in the Koran, and has portrayed terrorists as betrayers of true Islam.

More significantly, he has become perhaps the world's foremost spokesman for an open-borders, let-everyone-in policy toward immigration. Seemingly indifferent to the increasingly dangerous situation created by jihad-minded Muslims in Europe, Francis has encouraged a welcoming attitude toward all while scolding opponents of mass migration as fearful and xenophobic.

In short, Pope Francis has acted as an advocate for Islam. He has portrayed it as a religion of peace, the moral equivalent of Catholicism, and a force for good.

Keep in mind that General Wesley Clark has spoken about the Pentagon’s plan in 2004 to overthrow seven countries in five years and to “destabilize” the Mideast. He did not know why, but today, 14 years later, it is clear that their intent was to cause chaos in order to bring immigrants into Europe and America. A transcript of his testimony can be read here:

This destabilization effort was coordinated with President Obama, who always wore a Muslim ring and who was raised Muslim in Indonesia. Apparently, the Deep State needed a Muslim president in order to Islamize the US government itself and to fly plane loads of immigrants into the country with little or no background checks.

In my view, all of this was done as a final push to de-Christianize the West and to stamp out the last remnants of Protestant influence which has been the foundation of freedom for the past few centuries. That is why Obama proudly declared that America was no longer a Christian nation and that America now had new “values.”

Few understood history well enough to know that we were forsaking the very foundations of true freedom that came from Scripture. The new American “values” are based on immorality (freedom to sin, or the right to sin), which inevitably leads to the need for a bigger and more powerful government to control the people. Creating the conditions for big government has been the underlying goal of the Deep State since the 60’s sexual revolution.

Attempting to Extend the Beast’s Mandate

Somebody at or near the top of the Deep State must also understand that the beast’s mandate which God gave to Nebuchadnezzar, and which has been passed down for 2600 years to the various beast systems, is rooted in the people’s sin and rebellion against the laws of God. The kings of Judah lost the Dominion Mandate years ago, and God judged them by giving that Mandate to Babylon.

The present manifestation of the beast system is trying hard to make the people as immoral as possible in order to extend (if it were possible) their mandate. They understand that a sinful and rebellious people is their only hope of retaining their mandate. They are correct, in a way, but that is why the plan is to pour out the Holy Spirit upon the world. This is the antidote which will break the power of the beasts once and for all and usher in the Kingdom that we support.

The beast from the sea (Revelation 13:1) is the Roman Church, first described as a “little horn” in Daniel 7:20, 21. It was the extension of Imperial Rome after the Empire fell in 476 A.D. In the past two centuries, that beast has received assistance from the beast from the earth (Revelation 13:11, 12), the banking and financial beast that oppresses the earth through debt.

So it is not surprising that the Rothschild banks are not the only ones who support this new policy of Mideast chaos which has spawned the immigration movement. France’s Macron is a Rothschild tool that receives moral support from Pope Francis. Pope Francis has either led this effort or has cooperated fully with it in order to Islamize the West. That is why the pope has castigated President Donald Trump, claiming that a border wall is immoral.

Christlam

The pope needs to understand that while Rome may allow Muslims who reject Christ into the new world religion that he is trying to form, the New Jerusalem does have a wall that keeps out those who reject Christ. His effort to merge Islam with Christianity into “Christlam” is now being taken up by some Christian ministers in America in the guise of peace and love. Perhaps the most well known among them is Rick Warren of Saddleback Church.

Among the 300 American theologians, ministry leaders and prominent pastors that signed a letter of response to the Muslim community were Rick Warren, pastor of Saddleback Church; Bill Hybels, pastor of Willow Creek Community Church; Robert Schuller; theologian John Stott; Jim Wallis, president of Sojourners; and Leith Anderson, President of the National Association of Evangelicals.

Rick Warren is a renegade Southern Baptist preacher who is spearheading the movement to bridge the differences between Christianity and Islam. Some 200,000 pastors worldwide on a weekly basis are receiving mailings and most of them also subscribe to his sermons. On July 4, 2009, Warren addressed the 46^th annual convention of the “Islamic Society of North America,” in Washington D.C.  There were 8,000 Muslims at the convention. Instead of telling them that there is no other name under heaven whereby men can be saved (Acts 4:10-12), he said that “Muslims and Christians must work together to combat stereotypes, promote peace and freedom and solve global problems.” According to Warren, Christians and Muslims are faith mates, soul mates and work mates.  Warren believes that “...Tolerance is not enough. People don’t want to be tolerated; they want to be respected, they want to be listened to, they want to be valued…I am not interested in interfaith dialogue, I am interested in interfaith projects. Talk is cheap…”^[3] In a previous meeting with Muslims Warren said, “…before we shake your hand, we, Christians, ask forgiveness of the All-Merciful One and of the Muslim community around the world.”^[4]

I am all for peaceful relations with everyone, including Islamists, if such is possible, as long as both sides know that one cannot force one’s religious view on others. We cannot coexist except on a level playing field. The gospel of Christ, the Prince of Peace, was never supposed to be an Old Covenant religion that kills infidels. But one cannot bring Muslims into the same house and under the same roof unless they were to believe that Jesus is the son of God who died, not merely as a martyr for truth but as the sacrifice for the sin of the world. That is the core belief of Christianity, and that principle cannot be compromised without destroying or undermining the Kingdom of God itself.

Interestingly enough, Lagos, Nigeria is actually where this movement began.

Nigeria is trying to cope with their own division in society. If they bring Islam into the Church, they will soon discover that Christians will be forbidden to teach the core principles of the gospel without “insulting” Muhammed. For Islam to insult Christ and to trample His blood on the ground would not be a problem. Soon the Church would be converted to Islam, and there would be no need to compromise. True Christianity would be replaced completely.

Some do not realize that Muhammed claimed that he was the fulfillment of Jesus’ prophecy about the “Comforter” (KJV term) who was to come. Islam rejects the notion that the Holy Spirit was the Comforter who came at Pentecost in Acts 2. Instead, Islam claims that Muhammed came in 612 A.D. to lead us into all truth.

The NASB translates the Greek word as “Helper” in John 14:16 and 26. So the real question is who is the Comforter. Is it the Holy Spirit or is it Muhammed?

Once we see this, it is plain that the outpouring of the Spirit that we expect to see shortly is being challenged by another who claims that role. They both cannot be the Comforter.

The Yellow Vest Protests

Meanwhile, the Yellow Vest protests continue in France, where the police are now being instructed to use increasing force against them. Many have already been killed, or as the news media won’t say, “Macron is killing his own people.” Such terms were used against Syria’s Assad, Libya’s Qaddafi, and anyone else that the CIA was trying to overthrow.

Tear gas and baton charges were used by French police on thousands of Yellow Vest protestors threatening the Arc de Triomphe in Paris today during more mass anti-government demonstrations.

The ugly scenes came on the 9th Saturday in a row of violence that now routinely reduces the capital city to a war zone. 

In Paris, epicentre of the fiery street clashes and vandalism that have made global headlines, 5,000 riot police were on hand, using tall barricades and armoured vehicles to lock down the central Place de la Concorde and surrounding districts.

There is a growing resistance to the invasion of Europe from the Mideast, but it is doubtful if very many of them truly understand the core problem. France, and Europe as a whole, prides itself on its immorality. If they persist in this belief that men have the right to sin, calling that “freedom,” they will find themselves in bondage to sin. Sin is an insidious taskmaster (Romans 7:23), and it was founded on the idea that the law of God has been put away.

There is no lasting outward (political) freedom without inner freedom.

I doubt that the Church as a whole will see its own lawlessness until the Holy Spirit is poured out upon the whole earth. Meanwhile, the final beast systems are trying to bring about a counterfeit Holy Spirit that brings in the new religion of Christlam, which, if successful, would ultimately revert back to pure Islam and its view of Jesus as the second greatest prophet after Muhammed. Islam gives Jesus the honor of being Muhammed’s right-hand man in heaven.

But Muhammed did not die for anyone’s sin. He required that other men die for him. The Bible is clear that because Jesus died for the sin of the world to fulfill all of the animal sacrifices under the law, He alone is worthy to be the King of the whole earth.

So let us continue to work for the Kingdom of God rather than counterfeit kingdoms that men attempt to establish.
