After the Federal Reserve Act was passed on December 23, 1913, bringing America (and the world as a whole) into the bondage of Mystery Babylon, the Laodicean Age also began insofar as the Church was concerned.
Our Babylonian leaders first took control of the creation of money, which gave them power over the financial and economic engines of the nations. Their first project was to bankrupt the nations by instigating World War 1 and by putting most of Europe and America into debt that could never be paid. The bankruptcy of the USA came in 1933 immediately after the inauguration of President Roosevelt.
The next step was to secularize the government in order to remove its Christian foundations and to replace God with themselves as the highest Power. They could not undo the Declaration of Independence yet, which put God at the head of America in its statement that “all men are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable rights.” But they certainly could ignore it and ultimately claim that secular government was the original intent of the founders.
The educational system was changed, and eventually they were able to put an end to school prayer in 1962. Up to that time, a simple prayer had been offered at the start of the day stating,
“Almighty God, we acknowledge our dependence upon Thee, and we beg Thy blessings upon us, our parents, our teachers, and our country.”
There was no denominational bias in this prayer. It only acknowledged God as the ultimate Power over the nation, in accordance with the Declaration of Independence. Immediately after the removal of this prayer, schools began to turn violent, and we have seen no end to those problems to this day.
On January 22, 1973, toward the end of the Vietnam war, the Supreme Court ruled in the Roe v Wade case, which was then used to promote abortion as a woman’s right to privacy. Our founders, of course, never intended for the Constitution to be used to promote the murder of children, but by this time the Babylonians had succeeded in putting their own people into the Supreme Court.
This was probably the point where American Christians began to wake up to the fact that something was dreadfully wrong.
The Church of the Captivity
Most did not yet understand the bigger picture, nor were they aware that they were actually in a captivity within their own land that was comparable to Israel’s captivities during the time of the Judges. It was what we know as a wooden yoke captivity, where the people are allowed to remain in their land while paying tribute to foreign powers (Jeremiah 27:11; 28:10, 12, 13, 14).
By contrast, the “iron yoke” (Deuteronomy 28:48) was defined as a captivity where the people were actually deported to a foreign land. The Laodicean church age was blind to its own sin and did not even know that they had come under captivity (Revelation 3:17). This was actually a merciful act of God, because if American Christians had known what was happening, they probably would have risen up and fought the Babylonians with patriotic fervor, even as the people of Judah did in the days of Jeremiah. If they had resisted, we would have been exiled to a foreign land, even as Judah was exiled for 70 years. Jeremiah makes that point very clear.
The Pursuit of Truth
Somehow many Christians thought that if one pursued “doctrine” (which means “teaching,” by the way) they would not be able to experience the Holy Spirit. They seemed to forget that the Spirit was sent to lead us into all Truth (John 16:13).
I remember those days very well, because in 1973 I too had to face this very issue. Having experienced the baptism of the Spirit in 1971, I wanted very much to enter the Charismatic circles and to experience the move of God. But God did not lead me in that direction. I complained, and finally God spoke to me and said, “What calling do you want?”
That was a loaded question, and I pondered it for three days. Out of that revelation, I came to know that my calling was to be a teacher and that He had led me down the path of Truth, rather than the path of exciting, miraculous manifestations. Reluctantly, I finally told God that I wanted to know Him and to know the Truth of His Word. That was the crisis point in my life which secured my present calling.
I also came to understand that by remaining true to my own calling, I would ultimately see it bear fruit experientially. In other words, I was not rejecting the work of the Holy Spirit, nor was I despising the miraculous manifestations of the Charismatic movement. I was, in fact, putting proper priorities in place which the Charismatic movement had failed to do and which was the cause of its blindness in the Laodicean Age.
Applied Truth
When one follows the leading of the Spirit with some knowledge of Truth, one can be far more effective in changing the conditions of the nation and the world. Scripture shows clearly that miracles seldom produce genuine faith in people. The Israelites saw many miracles under Moses, including the Ten Plagues, the parting of the Red Sea, the pillar of fire and cloud that led them daily, and the daily miracle of manna. Yet they still lacked the faith to enter the Promised Land (Numbers 14:2). Hebrews 3:19 says,
19 And so we see that they were not able to enter because of unbelief.
Jesus Himself performed many miracles, but in the end only a few had faith in Him. Their faith was not based on seeing the miracles that He did but in knowing Him personally by hearing the Word and the revelation of Truth. It is the word of the Lord, “the gospel,” that begets us all as children of God (1 Peter 1:23, 25; 1 Corinthians 4:15 KJV).
I know in my heart that by complying with God’s plan for my life in 1973, and by accepting the calling that He had ordained for me, I would eventually see the miraculous works of God. As time passed, I came to see that these miracles would actually change the world, rather than be limited to individuals who were in need of such things as healing or provision.
During the 1970’s, I studied the word to get a foundation of understanding. I needed to know the divine plan for creation. I needed to know the laws by which He governs all things. I needed to know about the Babylonian captivity and how the world and the church had been put into captivity without its knowledge.
Then in the 1980’s, God began to teach me how the laws of God applied in the heavenly realms, particularly in the area of spiritual warfare and intercession. Out of this came an understanding of the feast days of Israel and the law of Jubilee. Even so, I was still unaware of timing and did not know that in October of 1986 the 120th Jubilee from Adam should have been proclaimed.
In fact, a month earlier, I had entered a period of Cursed Time for not leaving the Net of Prayer by the deadline of September 2, 1986. I did not repent of this until October 16, 1989. When I did, God moved to bring me out of Cursed Time after 3 cycles of 414 days three months later.
Unfortunately, I missed the 120th Jubilee from Adam and remained ignorant of timing until later. Fortunately, God already had planned for this delay, which we now know as the Hezekiah Factor. In 1991 through a man named Lalo Cadona, God opened my eyes to the timing of His plan of the Jubilees, Blessed Time, Cursed Time, and Judged Time. In a very short time, I learned how events in history occurred according to the Creation Jubilee Calendar and were therefore subject to the sovereignty of God, not to the whims of the will of men.
I was thus equipped to begin a series of prayer campaigns, beginning in November 1993, that would overthrow Mystery Babylon and put an end to our captivity. This coincided perfectly with the end of the Age of Pentecost (33-1993 A.D.) and the Laodicean Age in particular (1913-1993).
We were also able to declare the 120th Jubilee in 1996 ten year late but make it retroactive to 1986, even as Isaiah did years ago by the Hezekiah Factor. Israel’s Jubilee fell on 721 B.C., but the declaration was made in 711, essentially turning the clock back ten steps on the sundial of Ahaz (2 Kings 20:10).
By knowing the Word, we were able to apply this Truth in ways that would bring about the end of our captivity. While 1993 was the end of the 40 Jubilees of the Pentecostal Age, having King Saul as the main prophetic pattern, the authority of the beast systems running the world was a period of “seven times” and did not end until October 12, 2017. Spiritual authority was transferred from Saul to David first, so to speak, and then this was used as a stepping stone in the transfer of authority from the beast systems to the saints of the Most High (Daniel 7:21, 22 KJV).
The miracles of timing have been seen regularly during these years. Because we have understood Truth, we have been able to understand what God is doing as He overthrows the world systems and puts His overcomers in positions of spiritual authority. The work we have been called to do may not be as exciting to Christians as the great healing ministries, but it is effective in changing history and in bringing us out of captivity into a greater manifestation of the Kingdom.
