The people of California have finally won their case against Governor Newsom for his violation of the California Constitution for issuing Executive Orders under cover of the so-called “pandemic” which violate the people’s rights. No more lockdown in California!
Let’s see if he follows the rule of law or not.

The Court finds and declares: Executive Order N-67-20 issued by the Governor on June 3, 2020 is void as an unconstitutional exercise of legislative power and shall be of no further force or effect.
