The main work of the house of Joseph concluded when the seventh bowl of wine was poured out in Babylon, New York on October 7, 2006. We actually poured out the wine at four cemeteries in the vicinity. At two of these we poured out wine, and the other two we poured out water.
St. Joseph’s Cemetery
We met first at St. Joseph’s cemetery (now called North Babylon Cemetery), near the statue of Joseph holding the baby Jesus. This little enclave was built for people to come and grieve for their children who had died or who had been aborted. This being the first day of Tabernacles, I read Psalm 105.
(In yesterday’s blog I mistakenly said that October 7 was the Day of Atonement. It was actually the first day of Tabernacles. Sorry. I will correct the error.)
Psalm 105 is part of the Numbers Book of Psalms. Psalm 105 thus corresponds to the story in Numbers 20, where Moses struck the rock to bring forth water for the people. For this reason, I was led to pour out a bowl of water at St. Joseph’s cemetery, putting a blessing upon the place and asking God to pour out His Holy Spirit upon the church and the whole world.
North Amityville Cemetery
We then drove to the North Amityville Cemetery, where I read Psalm 51, David’s great prayer of repentance. There I poured out a bowl of wine, signifying judgment upon Babylon’s witchcraft. I commanded Babylon to submit to Jesus Christ and took its spiritual rulers captive, sending them to Jesus for judgment. We also declared the new structure of freedom to replace the old enslavement to the structures and forms of Babylon. We also decreed the Law of Love as the Prime Directive of the Kingdom of God.
The wine was poured out on a rock that was the size of my fist. It was a rock from Babylon itself, having ancient writing on it and dated about 4600 years ago. Janice van Duzer brought it to Babylon, NY and gave it to me. Hence, the wine was poured out upon the rock that represented a piece of Babylon.
We took note also that the North Amityville Cemetery was surrounded by streets bearing the names of US presidents. Hence, the prayer of repentance (Psalm 51) was also directed toward America. We noted in particular all of the broken treaties that the US government had made with the Native Americans over the centuries. There were many Americans who objected to this, but not enough to prevent the government from establishing this unlawful precedent.
In fact, God sent the Holy Spirit to America in the Pentecostal movement of the early 1900’s in order to cause the church to repent for allowing such deceptive government policies. America was about to enter its Laodicean captivity in 1913-1914 with the passage of the Federal Reserve Act, but the church did not understand the coming danger. They saw only the miracles that were happening by the grace of God and failed to use this power to turn aside this divine judgment.
The biblical precedent was seen in the story of Saul, whose persecution of the Gibeonites broke the treaty they had with Joshua. This later caused a three-year famine (2 Samuel 21:1), which God brought about toward the end of David’s reign. The judgment was that seven “sons” (family members) of Saul were hanged on the first day of barley harvest (2 Samuel 21:6, 9), which is the wave-sheaf offering, or “Easter.”
According to Amos 8:11, in later centuries God was to send a famine of hearing the word upon Israel. The cause of the famine in America was the same as that which we see in the story of King Saul, who represents the church in the Age of Pentecost. It is the broken treaties. So at the North Amityville Cemetery, we read David’s prayer of repentance.
Mount Ararat Cemetery
We then drove to Mount Ararat cemetery on 15th street and Highway 109 to pour out another bowl of wine. Recall that Noah’s ark rested on Ararat (Genesis 8:4) and that the waters prevailed 15 cubits above the mountains (Genesis 7:20). The story of Noah’s flood prophesied of the flood of the Holy Spirit that was to come in the latter days.
Ararat means “reverse the curse.”

The curse upon the ground was caused by Adam’s sin in Genesis 3:17. Noah was to see the reversal of the curse by means of judgment after 4 x 414 years. Genesis 5:29 says,
29 Now he called his name Noah [“rest”], saying, “This one will give us rest from our work and from the toil of our hands arising from the ground which the Lord has cursed.”
In later years, Israel and Judah again brought a curse upon the earth, and God judged them by a very long captivity until the end of the age. But because God promised (with a rainbow) never again to destroy the earth, the second flood that will cleanse the earth is the flood of the Holy Spirit. I wrote about this in chapter 3 of Secrets of Time.
At the North Amityville Cemetery, we read Psalm 15, on account of the 15 cubits in Genesis 7:20. This psalm speaks of qualifications to be an overcomer. Among the disqualifications was allowing usury, which God defines as a system of theft and oppression. So we prayed to overthrow the spirit of greed and usury.
Trinity Cemetery
Finally, we drove to Trinity cemetery, where I again prayed a blessing upon the church and the world and asked for the outpouring of the Holy Spirit. In pouring out the water at this location, I was led to toss the water into the air, and everyone shouted, “It is done!” Revelation 16:17 says,
17 Then the seventh angel poured out his bowl upon the air, and a loud voice came out of the temple from the throne, saying, “It is done.”
The water that was poured out was from the Mississippi River, known on the old Spanish maps as “The River of the Holy Spirit.”
The word “done” seems to have a double meaning. Usually, this Greek word is translated “to be, exist, or come.” In other words, to be “done” also means “to come into being.” The end is a new beginning. The work of the seven bowls was completed, or “done,” but this also brought a new work into existence.
King Nebuchadnezzar had been given authority over the nations (Jeremiah 27:6) for a period of “seven times,” according to the laws of tribulation (Leviticus 26:18, 21, 24, 28). Babylon’s time was ending, but because Babylon refused to declare a Jubilee and set the earth free from its debt-bondage system of usury, we were called to bring judgment upon Mystery Babylon, signified by pouring out the bowls of wine.
In the end, Babylon will be judged by the Holy Spirit that is to be poured out upon all mankind. The roots of Babylon go deep within every heart. It is a problem that began with Adam’s sin. At this end of the age, God is rooting out Babylon and not merely bringing judgment upon external systems of government.
The ultimate judgment upon Babylon is to set her captives free and to make her uninhabited (Jeremiah 50:39). This will be accomplished as the citizens of Babylon recognize Jesus Christ as the rightful Heir of all things. They will transfer their citizenship to the Kingdom of God, as Paul tells us in Colossians 1:12, 13, 14,
12 giving thanks to the Father, who has qualified us to share in the inheritance of the saints in Light. 13 For He rescued us from the domain of darkness and transferred us to the kingdom of His beloved Son, 14 in whom we have redemption, the forgiveness of sins.
Inspecting the Foundations Prayer Campaign
Having completed the work of pouring out the seven bowls of wine and water, we were led to inspect the foundations that had been laid in this Joseph work. I had received this word on October 1, 2006, being given Ephesians 2:20,
20 having been built on the foundation of the apostles and prophets, Christ Jesus Himself being the corner stone.
I was instructed to set forth a model prayer for all to pray on October 10, 2006. This is a timeless prayer, of course, so anyone can join in at any time as well.
"Father, we come before Your throne of grace under the blood of Jesus and in His name. We thank you for opening our eyes and revealing the time that Your word is to go forth in the power of the Spirit. Make us faithful in this Open Door ministry to give Your word freely, that all men may glorify Your Name.
"Father, cause Your people to repent for rejecting the Gospel of the Kingdom and for rebelling against You. Let them understand the clean word and reject what is unclean. Turn their hearts to worship You in Your true temple, that they may hear God's word that You are speaking through Your apostles and prophets."
Here, too, is the Promise that He gave at the same time to all of us:
"I am with you to save you. So let My word dwell in you richly in all wisdom, teaching and admonishing one another in psalms and hymns and spiritual songs, singing with grace in your hearts to the Lord. Take no thought what to speak, for I will give you the words to say in that hour, and it will not be you that speak, but the Holy Spirit.
"I will provide you with all the means to preach the word, because you have dealt faithfully with Me. Is the Spirit of the Lord insufficient to provide all things?"
