We have finally arrived at the true beginning point of God’s Universal Empire. That which we labored for in spiritual warfare, divine court cases, and intercession in past years is finally now emerging in the earth as of November 30, 2021.
In my first prophetic pattern (November 12, 1981 to January 27, 1982), there were 5 key dates which manifested again a year later. In 1993 there were other dates that were added to this prophetic structure—November 21-29—as we engaged in the Jubilee Prayer Campaign. This campaign was our appeal to the Divine Court that the overcomers would be given the authority of the Dominion Mandate.
Three years later, the Coronation Stone was moved from Westminster to Edinburgh (Scotland) from November 14-29, 1996. The Coronation Stone represents the divine right to rule, because the kings of Judah stood upon that stone during their coronation. When Jeremiah brought it to Ireland, it was used for the same purpose. It was later moved to Scotland and finally to England (1296), and the British monarchs continued the same tradition.
Finally, in 1996 the stone was returned to Scotland after 700 years, and the move was overseen by Prince Andrew. The name Andrew means “manly.” Scotland’s patron saint is Saint Andrew. The prophetic word we received was that that the divine right to rule was being transferred from the kingdoms of men and given to “the saints of the Most High” (Daniel 7:22 KJV).
Of course, the saints/overcomers did not actually receive this authority at that time, because Babylon’s allotted time would not expire until October of 2017. Nonetheless, as far as God was concerned, it was a done deal. As for us, we knew that we had received the word of the Lord as a promise of things to come. We did not know that we would have to wait another 25 years just to reach the end of Babylon’s authority.
On November 29, 2000 we overthrew the earthly Jerusalem and established the heavenly Jerusalem as the capital of the Kingdom the next day on November 30. That was 21 years ago today. There are some very important events going on behind the scenes (which I am involved with) which show that the promises of past years are now being fulfilled in the world. The tender plant has just poked its stem above the ground and is yet vulnerable, so I cannot yet tell you the manner in which the promises are being fulfilled. Nonetheless, remember the promises of God that we have been given over a period of many years.
As I have said for many years, when we reach this moment in time, this ministry will have to shift gears and move to a new level of ministry. I have written commentaries as fast as I can in past years, knowing that the time would come when I would no longer have time to do that work. When I finished the commentary on Isaiah earlier this year, I was quite sure that this would be the last commentary as such. I have now started editing Book 9 of Isaiah, the last in the series, so this project should be completed in another month or so.
I have also been writing the history of my journey in the past 40 years. I am now covering the years from 2010 to 2017 in The Saints Prepare to Rule. I am now covering the year 2016. Once I finish covering 2017, I may have to stop the series until we get closer to 2024, so that I have time to look back on events with greater understanding. My expectation is that the next book in this series will be called The Saints Take the Kingdom.
Today’s events confirm to me that the Kingdom, God’s Universal Empire (as He calls it) is truly emerging in the world. The Babylonians have lost their battle, for they no longer have the same demonic backing that they once had. They have lost too many of their principalities and powers. The revelation of today tells me that the evil rulers of Babylon have become disillusioned with their own gods who have failed to keep them in power. So they are now acting on their own, purely by the power of their own evil intentions.
But what is man’s power compared to our sovereign Creator? They are accounted as nothing. They still retain the power to kill and enslave, but their failure is evident to them, and their end is near.
I believe that today marks a shift in time from overcoming Babylon to building the Kingdom. The latest lockdowns will affect most people, no doubt, but the Kingdom-building work cannot be stopped. God has prepared us too well for their plans to succeed. What started out 40 years ago as a death experience (Passover) is now seeing the “book end” of resurrection life. So far, the same dates are being repeated in an inverse manner. What was bad news in 1981 is now being fully reversed as good news.
The Manasseh prayer was extended until today. This means that the lost kingdom and the lost birthright are coming into God’s remembrance. It is not that God ever forgot anything, but that in a legal sense, He remembers His covenants and promises at the appropriate times (Leviticus 26:42, 45). To remember is to acknowledge officially in the Divine Court.
Even so, keep in mind that today is only a beginning point, a shift in direction, the start of a new work of the Kingdom. We are only at a beginning point. An enormous amount of work has yet to be done in transforming the earth into a Paradise. There are still enemies to be overcome as well. We cannot think of this as a time to party or rest on our laurels.
We are called to do a rest-work. Our work is done from a position of spiritual rest, knowing that victory is assured. The Jubilee is God’s rest. It is the place where we cease from our own works and enter into His works.
