Twenty-one years ago, February 21, 2001, the word of the Lord came to pass that we would bear fruit. This revelation came after an authority challenge, where we were led to put our spiritual staves before God and see which would bear fruit. I told the story in two chapters of The Wars of the Lord:

We received our sign on February 21, 2001, which then allowed us to engage in spiritual warfare against the seven princes over America. Today is 21 years later, the biblical number of “distress,” and also associated with the delay of the word in Daniel 10:2, 13. It appears, then, that February 21, 2022 is the end of another long delay. In this case, it indicates that this ministry will now bear fruit.
This explains the word that Bradley sent to me yesterday, asking me about Daniel 10 and the Prince of Persia. It also explains the word that a Canadian intercessor sent me yesterday, telling me that angels had come to me and were gathered at my house. The Lord told me that they had come to strengthen/empower me to give a word from the Lord. That word was unclear until today, when I was able to put the pieces together.
The Dispute in 2001
In 2001 the Prince of Persia operated through a Pentecostal woman in Wisconsin, who sent me a “cease and desist” order, claiming that I had done great damage to the church. She disputed my authority (really, the authority of the overcomers as a whole).
Recall that the full transfer of authority from Saul to David occurred from May 30, 1993 to November 30, 2000. The Prince of Persia, operating through this woman lodged a complaint in the Divine Court against the overcomers, claiming that the overcomers—the David company—did not have proper authority.
Just as the Aaronic priests in the Passover Age (from Moses to Christ) could not accept the idea that the authority was being transferred to Jesus and the people of Pentecost, so also in 2001 those having the authority of Pentecost could not accept the idea that authority was being transferred to the people of Tabernacles.
This was a dispute over who held the rightful authority over the earth: Saul or David, the Church or the Overcomers. We claimed that Saul’s authority ended after 40 Jubilees from Pentecost of 33 A.D. to Pentecost of 1993. The full transfer of authority took 7 years and 6 months to complete, according to 2 Samuel 5:4, 5. But the Church does not see itself as Saul but as David, because it is blind to the prophetic significance of the reign of Saul.
The Dispute in 2022
In 2022 the Prince of Persia is now operating in Joe Biden, so the situation has escalated to a national scale. Whereas in 2001 it was a dispute between the Church and the Overcomers, now it is a dispute between the Overcomers and the corporation of Washington D.C. and its resident.
With the assistance of the angels sent to my house over the weekend, I now see the bigger picture and understand why our declaration on February 16 was to be directed at Washington D.C. itself. From our prophetic perspective, Biden is hanging on to authority without a divine mandate and is therefore a usurper. The overcomers are the ones who hold true authority over the nation.
This might mean that we will also see a continuing parallel with the events in 2001. Recall that the warfare actually began February 26, 2001. The war took place in three phases. Phase 2 was on March 8. Phase 3 was on March 22-24. It remains to be seen whether or not we will see these battles remanifest in 2022.
Recall that on March 24, 2001 America was divorced from the golden calves that Jeroboam the Ephraimite had built long ago (1 Kings 12:28, 29). When Israel was overthrown and exiled to Assyria, no one thought to dispute the authority of the golden calves. It was left to us in 2001 to do this. In other words, America-Israel is coming out of captivity, first spiritually and now physically.
The Beginnings of Kingdom Structure
In recent weeks we laid the foundations of the Kingdom according to 1 Corinthians 3:11, culminating with our Declaration on February 16. Now we are building upon the Foundation of Christ. On February 19 and 20, Bradley’s father flew from South Africa to a nearby country to talk to the king and his finance minister about financing their infrastructure projects that would bring prosperity and economic development to the country.
The agreements had already been made previously, of course, so the trip was just a formality. In fact, even before Bradley’s father arrived, the Finance Minister gave his public Budget Report, telling everyone that they had secured a new massive source of financing so that they would not have to go into bondage to the International Monetary Fund (IMF).
This financial arrangement might have blessed South Africa, except for the opposition coming from certain corrupt bankers and politicians. Even though the legal obstacles have been overcome, it is clear that these corrupt men do not care what the law says. As long as they remain in power, they will see the Kingdom of God as a threat and will continue to do unlawful things. Unfortunately, South Africa’s blessing will have to be postponed until they have a change of government.
So God has directed our team to set up its main funding mechanism in a nearby country that is more friendly. I was sent a text yesterday saying, “We have had an EXTRAORDINARY day.”
The first phase of Kingdom structure has now been completed successfully.
