In 1973 the activist judges failed to follow the basic principle of the 10th Amendment, which limits the power of the federal government to matters that were specifically delegated to it. All other matters were to be decided by the states or the people.
Roe v Wade was a very serious breach of the Constitution. So says Justice Thomas in the recent decision overturning that court case.
Christians everywhere objected to the 1973 decision, which resulted in more than 60 million children being murdered just in America alone. We have lost two generations of children already. But people like Maxine Waters are not satisfied.
The mantra today is “My body, my choice.” Really? Is the baby not an individual? It is just a piece of the mother’s fetal tissue? If that were true, then birth should change this status, making the baby an individual who is protected by the constitution. But California is working to pass a law allowing a baby to be killed 28 days after it is born! Does a 28-day-old baby have rights under the constitution? How many will have to die before such laws are ruled unconstitutional by the Supreme Court?
“My body, my choice” was never invoked by these people when the government issued mask mandates and when the government tried to force everyone to join the Humanity 2.0 biological experiment masquerading as a vaccine. This, in spite of the fact that forced vaccines were defined as a war crime at Nuremberg after WW2.
It seems that “My body, my choice” has a very narrow application in their twisted minds. But the most appalling thing is that women will fight for the right to murder their own children--born and unborn. It shows the depths to which the carnal mind can sink. Be thankful that you have put on the mind of Christ.
Within 2 hours of the Supreme Court's official ruling, the state of Missouri's attorney general announced that abortion was immediately banned in his state. Other states like Arkansas and Tennessee immediately followed Missouri's lead. Many more will follow. Planned Parenthood had to cancel their scheduled abortions and close shop. This will hit their profits greatly, because now they can no longer sell body parts of aborted babies. At least not in these states.
This ruling by the Supreme Court, led by Justice Thomas, will have far-reaching effects on other matters, because the Court has suddenly gotten the 10th Amendment revelation that limits the federal government's authority. It's about the rights of states and the people. Thomas has already suggested that a few more rulings in the past will have to be challenged on these grounds. I look forward to the day when the Supreme Court rules against the federal government's Department of Education. There is nowhere in the Constitution that gives the federal government power to control education and establish indoctrination centers. That power was given to the states and local communities.
Perhaps the era of government brainwashing is nearing an end.
