My plans have been rearranged and rescheduled. As you know, we had been scheduled to go to South Africa on June 4 and return the 19th. However, there was another delay. Then last Saturday, June 10, our enemies forced the cancellation of the king’s birthday party (except for the locals), and the big conference, scheduled for June 11-13, was postponed to a later date.
Of course, God always works everything out for good (Romans 8:28), so we can never be disappointed when our plans are superseded by His plan. We lost one helpful ally (“heart attack”) and gained another whose eyes were opened and who will play a key role in the time ahead.
Meanwhile, I took advantage of this time to catch up on my work of editing my books. I am now caught up on the backlog and have sent these books to the proofers.
Bradley has now met a fierce and terrifying entity face to face—referred to in Revelation 13:11 as the beast from the earth. He is the final manifestation of the beast systems that started with Babylon in the days of Daniel. We smoked him out on June 11, and when he appeared the next day, he was not a happy camper.
In the progression of Kingdom history, we have marked June 11 as the (spiritual) end of the succession of beast empires. The beast from the earth has lost his power, having come to the end of his time to exercise authority. This beast “exercises all the authority of the first beast” (Revelation 13:12), beginning in 1815 when—as The Jewish Encyclopedia tells us, the Rothschilds became “guardians of the papal treasure.”

A guardian is one who is given authority over a minor or one who is incapacitated. The beast from the sea (the Vatican) has received its “mortal wound” in 1798 when Napoleon took the pope captive. This wound was “healed” in 1804 when Napoleon reinstated the pope. When the Congress of Vienna met in 1814-1815 to redraw the map of Europe, the heads of state saw fit to put the “papal treasure” (bank accounts) under the authority of a legal “guardian.”
This situation appears to have lasted 99 years, after which time, the Federal Reserve Act was passed in 1913. Only then was the Vatican Bank established. Though independent, the Vatican Bank joined the fraternity of banks. In this way, the beast from the sea (“Holy See”) worked in concert with the beast from the earth (banking system).
On June 11, 2023, this two-beast alliance lost its God-given authority to rule the earth as the final successors of the beast empires, beginning with Nebuchadnezzar (Daniel 7:5-7). As we know from Scripture, the kings of Jerusalem had abused the dominion mandate (Genesis 49:10), so God gave it to Nebuchadnezzar, king of Babylon.
When Babylon fell, this dominion mandate was bequeathed to Persia, then Greece, Rome, and the “little horn” (extension of power). Whereas Daniel saw just one horn (Daniel 7:8), John saw two (Revelation 13). The time allotted to the first beast in Daniel 7:25 was “a time, times, and half a time,” a time being 360 days/years. This is interpreted in Revelation 13:5 as “42 months” (or 1,260 days/years). This began with the Emperor Justinian (529-534 A.D.) and ended with the French Revolution (1789-1794).
However, Scripture gives no time limit for the second beast. We only knew that October 12, 2017 was when the dominion was passed to the saints of the Most High (Daniel 7:27). Yet we also knew that it would take 7 years (2017-2024) for the beast empires to fall, because they would not go quietly into the night.\
June 11, 2023 we reached another major turning point in the drama leading to the end of 2024. I note that the 490th day from June 11, 2023 brings us to October 12, 2024—precisely 7 years since October 12, 2017. What will happen at that time is too early to tell, but it seems certain that this will be a major watch date in Kingdom history.
