Colorado has removed Donald Trump from the ballot by claiming he was ineligible after leading an “insurrection” on January 6, 2020. Of course, Trump did no such thing, nor has he ever been charged with inciting an insurrection—other than in the media. The entire allegation is based on the idea that Trump is guilty and must therefore prove himself innocent.
DENVER (AP) — A divided Colorado Supreme Court on Tuesday declared former President Donald Trump ineligible for the White House under the U.S. Constitution’s insurrection clause and removed him from the state’s presidential primary ballot, setting up a likely showdown in the nation’s highest court to decide whether the front-runner for the GOP nomination can remain in the race.
The decision from a court whose justices were all appointed by Democratic governors marks the first time in history that Section 3 of the 14th Amendment has been used to disqualify a presidential candidate.
“A majority of the court holds that Trump is disqualified from holding the office of president under Section 3 of the 14th Amendment,” the court wrote in its 4-3 decision.
Colorado’s highest court overturned a ruling from a district court judge who found that Trump incited an insurrection for his role in the Jan. 6, 2021, attack on the Capitol, but said he could not be barred from the ballot because it was unclear that the provision was intended to cover the presidency.
The Democrat Party, supposedly championing the cause of “democracy,” has been searching for a way to keep the people from voting for a presidential candidate that they clearly want. They tried first to impeach Trump over an innocent phone call. They even tried to impeach him after he was out of office. Their motive was fear of losing power while Mystery Babylon collapses.
All this talk about Trump destroying democracy originates from the south end of a north-bound bovine. By blaming Trump, the Democrat Party is shifting the blame for what they themselves are doing. Democracy is being defined, in practice, in terms of giving the people the right to vote as long as they vote for the right candidate that was agreed upon prior to the election.
All they are doing is exposing themselves and turning the people against them. To put it another way, God is removing the blindness from the people to expose the “mystery” (secret, hidden) in our Babylonian government.
Here is a short video interview from the team of RFK, Jr., who is outraged that those who claim to support democracy would be the ones to destroy its very foundation. It seems that the “two-party system” is really a “uni-party” monopoly and is not so democratic at all, because they seek to ban any candidate that opposes their benefactors in Mystery Babylon.
