Here in the US, political agreements have shifted behind the scenes. Biden has agreed to step down as a presidential candidate, while remaining the current president for the rest of his term. This means that Kamala Harris will not be president for even a short while. As for the actual Democratic nominee for president, watch for a lesser known candidate.
Regarding the attempted Trump assassination, all of the cell phones among the audience taking videos and pictures of the assassin have made it impossible for the FBI to concoct a cover story that is believable. The unsecured roof of the building can only be a deliberate part of the plan to assassinate Trump. The Secret Service is too well trained and experienced for this to have been a matter of incompetence.
Most of the agents on the ground were unaware of the plot, but the commander of the team certainly knew. He ought to be fired for not allowing his own snipers to take out the assassin as soon as he was spotted and before he had time to shoot.
Many are now calling for the head of the Secret Service, Kimberly Cheatle, to be fired as well.
There are also reports that there was a second gunman, though it is not clear where he would have been situated.
In the UK, King Charles launched the new Parliamentary season. No doubt this will be his last.
The ninth sign of Elisha has begun to emerge after a hiatus of 14 years. It is different from what we had envisioned, though the ultimate result is clear.
For the sake of our more recent readers, the Elisha Ministry was launched on April 12, 2009, and shortly thereafter we began to see events in the world that parallelled the miracle-signs that Elisha performed in the early chapters of 2 Kings. Elijah performed 8 miracles; Elisha performed 16, because he had received the double portion (2 Kings 2:9).
The 8th sign of Elisha was completed July 9-15, 2010. Now after a pause of 14 years we are again seeing movement. July 9, 2024 we saw the initiation of the 9th sign, and this alerted us. At first I assumed that we would see it completed on July 15. But it was somewhat more complex.
The 9th sign is found in 2 Kings 4:42-44, where 20 barley loaves were used to feed 100 men—and they had leftovers. It was a case of multiplying the barley loaves. A similar case is where Jesus multiplied 5 barley loaves and fed 5,000 men (John 6:9, 10). We understood these examples to be connected and that they represent the funding for the ministry in the 10th sign of Elisha (2 Kings 5). In other words the funds would be multiplied to meet the need. The 10th sign is about the healing of Naaman the Syrian, who was healed of leprosy by the law of lepers (Leviticus 14:1-7). Note too that our “dove” logo is based on this Scripture, so we take it quite personally.
The point is that on July 9, 2024 we saw an event in South Africa where the transfer of a substantial amount of money was tested successfully. For the sake of analogy, let’s just say it would feed 100 men. The next test would see if we can feed 5,000 men—a 50x increase. The proportional increase in Scripture between Elisha and Jesus is the same proportion for our project today.
My immediate assumption was that this second test of the system would end successfully on July 15. However, it has taken longer than expected. We are only about halfway through it.
So now I am watching another cycle that has been important to us for decades. July is the 7th month on our modern calendar, and it is a prophetic type of the 7th month on the Hebrew calendar. Hence, July 15-22 is a prophetic type of the feast of Tabernacles and often serves as an early alert for the biblical feast.
Today is July 17, so we have entered this time of watching and observing. I suspect that by July 22nd the final test will be completed successfully, and that the world will then begin to be changed as our ministry goes beyond borders (as with Naaman the Syrian).
I am trying to relay to you the prophetic significance of what is happening behind the scenes without compromising the work that is going on. I cannot give any further details, but it seems that we are on the cusp of entering the second half of Elisha’s miracle-signs. I am hopeful.

In Pakistan, Pastor Fiaz is in need of a van so that he can travel to churches around the country to distribute the books that have been translated into Urdu and printed. As you know, we are having a huge impact on the churches in Pakistan, including leaders, scholars, and in seminaries. But right now Fiaz is not able to travel as he should. In addition, about 2 months ago someone rear-ended his car and sped away, so that made matters worse. Rather than replace the damaged car, we agreed that his ministry really needs a van to carry a load of books.
Fiaz has found a Toyota for $25,000 US and has secured it with a downpayment. Fiaz has until the end of July to make the full payment, and I do not have sufficient funds to do so. If any of you want to help him out, he would be very grateful. You can send the money to GKM, and I will forward it to him. Please earmark those donations for "Pakistan".
Finally, our daughter, granddaughter, and 2 great granddaughters left this morning, having visited us since last Saturday. We all had a wonderful time together, and now I am back on my regular schedule.
