Christianity and Judaism certainly have their differences, primarily on the messianic question and the difference between the old and new covenants. Yet true Christianity has many points of agreement with true Judaism. So one might look at the glass as being half empty or half full.
Here is a rabbi representing true Judaism, which is anti-Zionist. He explains how “Reform Judaism” gave birth to Zionism and is actually a departure from Judaism itself. Judaism itself forbids a return to the old land prior to the coming of the Messiah. Unfortunately, the voices of Zionism are loud, while the mainstream media seldom publicizes true Judaism, and this gives many the impression that anti-Zionism is the same as antisemitism.

True Judaism recognizes that it was God Himself who judged the people by exiling them from the old land and by putting them under the authority of (what we call) the beast nations—Babylon, Persia, Greece, Rome, and the little horn. Jeremiah 24 makes it clear the “bad figs” were those who refused to submit to these new rulers after God had brought judgment upon Judah. The “good figs” were those who accepted God’s judgment.
Note also the prophet’s letter to the captives in Babylon, telling them to settle down and accept Babylonian rule for the next 70 years (Jeremiah 27:6-8). When God judged Israel, He expected the nation to submit to His verdict. If they refused, God vowed to destroy them (Jeremiah 27:9, 16, 17).
This decree still holds true, and it is why the rebellious state of Israel will be destroyed. Christian Zionists are those who support the rebellion. Shall they not be held liable as well?
