In April and May of 2014, I gave a detailed study of prophecy regarding the long-term dominion of the “beast” nations of the world. In FFI #309 for April, I shared the prophecy from Isaiah 44 and 45 regarding King Cyrus and how God would use him as a “messiah” to overthrow Babylon and to rebuild Jerusalem.

In FFI #310 for May, I showed how these world empires were given rulership for 2,520 years (“seven times”), beginning in 607 B.C. when God raised up Nebuchadnezzar of Babylon to take dominion over Jerusalem. Jeremiah saw only the 70-year Babylonian captivity, but Daniel saw beyond this. He saw a series of five empires which together would dominate the western world until the time of the end.

The fifth empire was the “little horn” arising out of Rome, the previous empire, after it fell in 476 A.D. The rise of the fifth beast empire was to be distinguished by a king who would “intend to make alterations in times and in law” (Dan. 7:25). The Emperor Justinian came to power in 527 and immediately changed the Roman calendar. He no longer dated events from the founding of Rome, but from the birth of Christ.

Then he scrapped the entire Roman law system and replaced it with Church law (or canon law). According to The Catholic Encyclopedia under the heading, Justinian I,

“The most enduring work of Justinian was his codification of the laws.”

The Codex (a book, rather than a scroll) was produced in 529. The Digest (or Pandectae) was a revision produced in 530. The Institutes (manuals for student lawyers) came out the same year, but the final revision was published Nov. 16, 534 as the Corpus Juris Civilis with additions named “Authentic.”

The legal code then took full effect on Dec. 30, 534 A.D.

Will Durant’s book, Age of Faith, says on page 112,

“This Code… enacted orthodox Christianity into law… All ecclesiastical, like all civil, law, was to emanate from the throne.”

Asimov’s Chronology of the World, page 113, says,

“In 529 they came up with 12 volumes of a well-organized legal system. This was the ‘Code of Justinian,’ and was followed [in 534] by a 50-volume collection of legal opinions. It has remained one of the bases of European law generally in all the centuries since.”

The Catholic Encyclopedia says of this new law system,

“It would be difficult to exaggerate the importance of this ‘Corpus.’ It is the basis of all canon law (ecclesia vivet romana) and the basis of civil law in every civilized country.”

This system of canon law, replacing Roman law from the previous empire, fulfilled Daniel 7:25, where the little horn was to make alterations in law as well as time—that is, in the dating of years.

The Fatal Wound

John gives further understanding of the little horn in Revelation 13, where we learn that after “forty-two months” this beast would receive a fatal wound that would then be healed. The forty-two months is John’s equivalent to the “time, times, and half a time” in Dan. 7:25. When converted to “days,” it is 42 x 30 (or 1,260), which is half of the allotted “seven times” (2,520).

In other words, this little horn was given half of the time given to the beast empires—and this only included the time leading to the “fatal wound” and its healing.

The prophetic principle of “a day for each year” (Ez. 4: 6) means that 1,260 years would pass from the starting points (529-534) to the end in 1789-1794. Two main events occurred at that time: the French Revolution, and the framing of the American Constitution (government). Out of the French Revolution came the rise of Napoleon, who was then sent on a mission to conquer Rome. He did so in 1798 and took Pope Pius VI captive. He died in prison.

Two years later, however, Napoleon was powerful enough to seek to become an Emperor, and so he allowed a new pope to come to office in order to have someone to preside at his coronation. The new pope Cardinal Barnabas Louis Chiaramonti, took the name Pius VII to simulate continuity of the papacy.

Thus was the fatal wound healed. John calls him the “beast coming out of the sea” (Rev. 13:1), but describes him according to Daniel’s prophecy of the little horn. Daniel wrote nothing of this fatal wound, nor did he say anything about a second beast (from the earth) that would arise and ally himself with the beast from the sea. It was left to John to fill in those details.

John’s description of this second beast describes the modern banking system, which arose in the early 1800’s. In fact, Nathan Rothschild went to London in 1798 to begin his career. This was the same year that Napoleon took the pope captive.

After Napoleon’s defeat in 1814, representatives of the nations in Europe gathered at the Congress of Vienna and drew up what historians call, The Holy Alliance. It also describes the alliance between the two beasts of Rev. 13.

I was puzzled for years, wondering how long the little horn would continue after his fatal wound was healed. It was plain from the last half of Revelation 13 that the little horn and his banking beast ally would continue ruling the West for some time to come.

I then discovered that the little horn was a double witness for the Old Testament “church” (Acts 7:38) from Moses to Christ. Jesus died on the 1480^th Passover since Israel first kept the Passover in Egypt. Likewise, the time of the little horn, dating from 529-534, ought to conclude from 2009-2014 after completing its 1480 years.

The numerical value of christos (Greek for Christ) is 1480. Hence, only the true Christ could fulfill the prophecies of Passover by dying on the cross as the Lamb of God in 33 A.D. His crucifixion ended the Church of the Old Testament, which by that time was fully corrupt.

Likewise, after the fall of the fourth beast empire, the church beast arose out of the ruins of Rome and became the little horn. Unfortunately, after five centuries, the Church had become as political and carnal as all of the previous beast systems. The corruption only deepened in the centuries that followed. Reports from the bishops and cardinals freely revealed this. Hence, both Daniel and John treat it as a beast that was to declare war on the saints.

The Beginning of the End in 2009

In April of 2009 we were led to decree the start of the Elisha ministry. At the time, we were unaware that this was 1480 years after the first edition of Justinian’s laws were established in 529. We only understood that the Elisha ministry was the double-portion ministry of Elijah, who was called to prepare the way of the Lord.

John the Baptist served as the forerunner of Christ in His first appearance, and he was said to be “Elijah” (Matt. 11:14). But in Christ’s second appearance, the forerunner must have the double portion to complete this work (2 Kings 2:9), and hence, it is no longer Elijah, but Elisha.

Elijah performed eight miracles (signs), while Elisha performed sixteen.

Since 2009 we have watched the signs of Elisha unfold in various ways, but these stopped after the first eight were completed in July 2010. It appears that the ninth sign (which begins the double portion) cannot begin until the time of the little horn has fully expired. This expiration date appears to be December 30, 2014, for this is the 1480^th anniversary of the day that Justinian’s Code of law came into effect on December 30, 534 A.D.

The Feast of Tabernacles 2014

Earlier this year we asked God when we were to decree the end of the little horn’s rule and the transfer of authority to the saints of the Most High. Daniel 7:21, 22 tells us,

²¹ I kept looking, and that horn was waging war with the saints and overpowering them ²² until the Ancient of Days came, and judgment was passed in favor of the saints of the Highest One, and the time arrived when the saints took possession of the kingdom.

We received the word of the Lord that the transfer of authority would occur on the last great day of the feast of Tabernacles, October 16, 2014. However, we were allowed to make the decree four days early on the last day of our Tabernacles conference—October 12. A group of us then activated that decree on the 16^th while standing in front of the Minnesota Supreme Court building in St. Paul.

Of course, we knew that the little horn would not give up its power willingly. All of the beast empires of the past had to be overthrown by its successor, because their pride will not let them believe that their time has expired. Neither have any of them known the mind of God or the divine plan.

Decree October 19, 2014

As I awoke on Sunday morning, Oct. 19, it was revealed to me that some sort of decree was to be made that day. Its purpose was to put the little horn into a position of non-compliance to the law, so that we would have occasion to engage them in spiritual warfare—that is, to sue them in the divine court.

Later, my wife and I prayed further to know what sort of decree ought to be issued. We were somewhat surprised to hear that it would be a decree for the old Adamic man to step down and allow the New Creation Man to rule. As we pondered this, we understood that this decree essentially made it unlawful for beast systems to rule, for all of them ruled by the power of the old man—the carnal mind that was passed down to us from Adam. The key verses given were from Col. 3:9, 10,

 ⁹ Do not lie to one another, since you laid aside the old self [man] with its evil practices, ¹⁰ and have put on the new self [man] who is being renewed to a true knowledge according to the image of the One who created him.

It happened that our local group was gathering that day, and so, after explaining the revelation, I led the group in prayer. Someone recorded it and then transcribed it:

"Heavenly Father, We come before Your Divine Court.  We thank and praise You for Your revelation and the knowledge of Your mind, and what You want to do in the world and in this nation now.  Father we thank You for distinguishing and defining what the truth actually is in relation to the old and the New Man.

We declare on behalf of the Divine Court, knowing Your will and knowing the mind of Christ in this matter; we declare that the New Creation Man is the truth by which we can all be saved.  So Father we agree with You in condemning the old man, and establishing the new.

We pray Father that all who are on the earth would come to that knowledge of the truth; so that they too can walk after the Spirit rather, than after the flesh; so they can be set free from the elements and rudiments of this world, and the teachings and the materialism and all this orientation where we are dependent upon the flesh, or that we have confidence in the flesh; that it could somehow, some way bring forth the Kingdom of God.

So Father, we declare before You our intention, for all those here, that we are the New Creation Man; we are no longer the old creation man.  We identify with You, this is the true “I,” and we declare our intention to follow after the true “I” that is in compliance with the Law of God, rather than the law of sin and death.

We thank You Father for hearing this and for doing this in the world. In the Name of Jesus."  [Amen by all.]

After this, the little horn was given one week to comply with the decree before we could prosecute them.

“Dismiss All Who Bind” Prayer Campaign

Our prosecution of the little horn took the form of a prayer campaign from Oct. 27 to Nov. 5. The name was taken from Psalm 143:12. Where the NASB translates the wording as “destroy those who afflict,” we used an alternate rendering that was more appropriate to the present situation: “dismiss all who bind.”

The model prayer we used was as follows:

Heavenly Father, we come before you in the name of Jesus, sanctified by His blood and the washed by the water of His Word. We come with thanksgiving and praise for the victory which You have accomplished in Christ and now again in us.

You have revealed to us that the beast empires have finished their time of dominion according to Your word. They have not fulfilled the responsibility to bring righteousness into the earth and to release Your creation from the bondage of sin. Therefore, the decree has gone forth from the throne of heaven for these beasts to step down from their position of authority, and we have borne witness of that decree on earth as it is in heaven.

They were given ten days of grace to comply with Your decree, but they have failed to do so. We declare in Your name that the beast systems are now in non-compliance to the will of heaven.

We put on the whole armor of God, having the helmet of salvation, the breastplate of righteousness, the belt of truth, and the shoes of the preparation of the gospel of peace. We take also the shield of faith and the sword of the Spirit, which is your Word.

We therefore take our stand with the will of God and come against the evil ones who would keep the earth in bondage to the kingdoms of this world and the unjust laws of men. Let the armies of heaven be sent forth to subdue all things under the feet of Christ, the lawful Inheritor of all things. Dismiss all those that keep the people bound in darkness and oppression. We lay claim to all that God owns by right of creation and declare the Jubilee to release the captives from all bondage into the glorious liberty of the children of God.

Thank-you, Father, for answering this prayer, for we on earth only bear witness to what we have heard from heaven. Amen.

On October 28 we received word that an appeal had been made in the divine court, which had to be answered before we could proceed with the prayer campaign. The little horn accused us of robbing him of what was rightfully his. We were not allowed to answer this petition until Oct. 31.

On Oct. 31 a group of us gathered to answer this petition in the divine court. Then we learned that the little horn also claimed that he had the right to rule by claiming descent from the old Adam, fleshly Israel, and the carnal mind. So we were led to answer all of those petitions and objections.

These discernments came through two sources, one from a man unintentionally representing the little horn, who actually made the accusation. The other was from friends from out of state, who had been in prayer that morning. They received Luke 8:21 in prayer, “My mother and My brothers are those who hear the word of God and do it.” The whole point of that passage is to show that the true brethren of Christ are not those claiming a genealogical connection to Him, but “those who hear the word of God and do it.”

In other words, Christ’s “sheep” are not physical Israelites but those who hear His voice and follow Him (John 10:27).

Once we completed answering the petitions hindering us, we were then in a position to make a positive decree on behalf of the divine court, as led by the Spirit:

Heavenly Father, we come before You and Your Divine Court, in the name of Jesus and under His blood.  We come to decree what we’ve heard issued from the Divine Court.

We decree the release of the funds necessary to do Your work and build Your Kingdom in the time ahead.

Secondly we decree that all men should have humility before Christ and to remember God so that the funds will not go to their head and cause them to forget the law of God and His commandments.

Thirdly, we decree that the world should be what Jeremiah 24 calls “good figs” and submit to the decrees of God.

We also decree: Arise and do the work responsibly that each one of us has been called to do in establishing the Kingdom of God and the furtherance of His sovereignty over the earth.

Thank you Father for backing this up, as we decree this, in the name of Jesus and on behalf of this Divine Court, Amen.

The prayer campaign ended Nov. 5, 2014 at 4:12 pm. Afterward, it occurred to me that 412 is an interesting number, if it is broken down into 4 and 12. Four is the number of the earth (creation), and 12 is divine government. It indicates a new divine government over the earth.

The Little White Throne

I received this report from Chuck in regard to Nov. 5, the end of the prayer campaign:

Dar and I flew into Newport News, Virginia on November 1^st.  Father instructed us to go there to place a white stone in the shape of a throne at White Stone, Virginia on the 5^th.  There is a lot more to this story that will be written about possibly, at a later date.

We had reservations for the week in Williamsburg.  Father took care of all the details and expenses.  On Monday and Tuesday we went to Jamestown and Yorktown to get a history lesson.

On Tuesday, the 4th, being general election day, Father gave me a word "Insufficiency".  He was saying that no matter who is elected, it will be insufficient to change the course of our future.  

On the 5th, Father had us drive to White Stone, Virginia and place the white stone in the shape of a throne that Father provided for this purpose on the beach of Chesapeake Bay.  The place that Father chose was a small island as far east as we could go by road.

Once there we got out of the car and walked the beach for a few minutes.  I felt that we were a little early, so we returned to the car and waited until noon.  We were then directed to a yucca plant that was in bloom.  Yucca plants do not typically grow wild in Virginia, but there it was on the beach, and in bloom in November.  When I looked at the plant, in the Spirit, I saw a crown, and the bell shaped pale yellow flowers poised on a thin stalk above the center of the plant seemed to be or represent stars.

We anointed the stone throne and placed it under the crown. We then returned to Newport News, Virginia for dinner and then back to Williamsburg for the night.

This work bore witness to what God was doing with this prayer campaign called Dismiss All Those Who Bind. All of the beast powers since 607 B.C. have not only lost the dominion mandate, but have now been dismissed legally from their positions of power. Of course, the next step is to enforce this change of government in the world. God has already raised up His enforcers, known as “the kings of the east” (Rev. 16:12).

Our job is to do the spiritual work that allows the earthly enforcers to succeed in their task. Please do not attempt to do their work for them. As representatives of overcomers and witnesses of divine decrees, we have our hands full doing the heavenly work.

We conclude, then, that the little horn’s attempt to hold on to power has been thwarted. The true family of Christ has been enthroned.

Nullifying the Laws of the Little Horn

On the night of Nov. 13 at another meeting, we nullified the laws of the little horn, effective Nov. 16, 2014, which was the 1480^th anniversary of the publication of the laws of the little horn in 534 A.D. These laws were known as Corpus Juris Civilis, which became the foundational laws of the western “Christian” nations.
